Kylie, Aphrodite Les Folies, Coming to Australia!

Kylie Minogue will bring her Aphrodite Les Folies tour to Australia in June. The pop princess has been scoring rave reviews in Europe for the waterlogged extravaganza, which features a $400-a-ticket Splash Zone where front-row fans get wet as well as entertained. "We give them a backpack with a towel and a poncho," Minogue said. "They want to get wet. Go figure." Minogue and her cast of dancers and acrobats also fly high during the Greek mythology-themed production, which is valued at $25 million. Most tickets for the show will be priced between $98 and $150, with her long-time promoter Michael Gudinski determined to keep the concerts affordable. Minogue celebrated five years free of cancer this week. "It's back to normal but, like everything, it's the new normal," she said. The tour hits the Sydney Entertainment Centre on June 7 and 8, with tickets available from March 15.
